Registration: to give us your data of billing and delivery you need to be registrated on our website.
Order confirmation: you receive an automatic e-mail respose about your order. We send you another e-mail about the expected delivery time and other required or necessary information (e.g.: your EU VAT number).
Delivery Terms: EXW: Budapest (or DDU: € 25 / package (max.: 30 kgs / package), by DPD parcel delivery company (transit time: 4-6 days) into EU countries. For the delivery cost to countries outside the EU, please refer our responding e-mail.)
Payment Terms: in advance by bank transfer only, based on our pro forma invoice.
Warranty: 12 months. We receive the failured items (in the warranty period) in our offices in Budapest and Szeged.
